Apparently the exchanges will continue to look for the low hanging fruit to pull instruments "on exchange".  It would seem as though the exchanges are in the best position to win from Dodd Frank if they are agile.

Wondering if you're view is that once a SWAP becomes highly liquid that an exchange is going to be able to create a similar structure to pull the instrument or new "like" instrument on exchange.  Not sure how other venues are going to fair if the credit costs are significantly lower on exchange.
