    Love these TED videos.  Always well done and entertaining.  On this one:  Do ratings on the G8 (or even G20) members really matter?  In the short to mid term, can ratings combat / impact the issuer of a reserve currency with a printing press?  Maybe some things are TBTR - Too Big To Rate...
