Multi-Asset Comes of Age

Over the past three to four years, discussions among asset managers about implementing multi-asset trading have transformed into real-world strategies, according to Alfred Eskandar, CEO, Portware. As a result, asset managers’ technology needs have changed. Speaking with TABB Group head of fintech research Terry Roche, Eskandar says first and foremost, managers need open trading platforms that can integrate and interoperate across systems and geographies. They discuss the workflow challenges firms face, the importance of data management and intelligence, and the need for open technology.
